We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.) We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We currently do not offer international addresses, orders or shipping.

Ordering by the dates listed below ensures GEM LTD will ship out your order for on-time delivery by Christmas. All services are provided by UPS. UPS shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events cannot be foreseen and may increase delivery timeframe. Processing
Unless an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
OUR RETURN POLICY
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it meets the requirements of our limited warranty, has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. GEM LTD does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. GEM LTD does not accept returns on customized products or items purchased outside of SportsFieldLight.com. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds and exchanges. GEM LTD does not price match with dealers or competitors.
